Our team members are trained by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and maintain regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to enable us to keep your payroll operating to the current standards and as efficiently as possible. Payroll team members have experience in running payroll in-house within large companies or in accountancy practices with multiple payroll clients.

With more than 650 clients across industries, we have particular expertise in micro and SME businesses and sectors, including service businesses, construction, hospitality, health and social care, manufacturing and engineering, and supporting accountants to efficiently deliver payroll to their clients.

Many of our clients have been with us for decades, and they value our ability to serve their needs like an in-house Payroll department. Our clients have payrolls from one person to 2,000 across the UK. These are all served from our offices in Sunderland and Glasgow which produce 19,000 payslips each month.

DCS Payroll is now in an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)

All of its shares are now in a trust that is run entirely in the interests of its employees.
