All our clients get access to the DCS payroll portal, which means that you and your employees can view your data at any time.
- Client’s payroll reports are securely delivered via the online portal. So, you have access to your current and historic data.
- Access can be controlled so that different team members can be given access to different types of reports if necessary.
- Employees can access their payslips and P60s at any time and get their P45 when they move on.
We carefully collaborated with the developers of the portal to create something that we know is useful and valued by our clients.
Why we developed the portal
It provides a more direct relationship with our clients. There will be times when on-demand access to your information will be important. This includes historical data so that trends and totals can be seen. The same result could not be delivered by email, which moves down the list quickly for most people, is hard to search, and requires manual action to file in an organised way.

How do I get my login details?
Employers: We send these details when you first become a DCS client.
Employees: We send these to you when we first start working with your employer. Or, when we are first notified that you have started work at a company that we work with.

How do I reset my password?
Can everyone see the same things?
No. Specifically appointed managers, typically those in finance roles, can see the employer details, reports with totals for each pay run, and the details of all employee payments.
Every employee can see their own payroll information securely.
