Payroll pricing from DCS
Our pricing is completely transparent. We agree a price per payslip based on the specifics of our service to you. So you only pay for the work that we do. If your staff numbers reduce, then so do your payroll costs. If numbers go up, then you know what you will be paying. And there are discounts for larger volumes, so you will always benefit.
No set-up costs – just a fixed fee per payslip per payment period and a fixed fee per period for your chosen options if applicable.
How our fees and charges are calculated
Our price is made up of:
- Payroll processing fee per payslip.
- RTI filing – fixed fee per period, depending on the number of staff.
- Optional services, e.g. BACS payment processing, Auto Enrolment pensions management, and payrolling Benefits In Kind – fixed fee per period depending on the number of staff.
- P60s – fixed fee per employee per year.
